HairGestalt Store Terms and Conditions

  1. General information
    The HairGestalt online store (the “Store”) operates at www.hairgestalt.pl and is run by the owner with its registered office at ul. Łopuszańska 57, 02-232 Warsaw, Poland. Contact: hello@hairgestalt.pl.

  2. Placing orders
    Orders can be placed 24/7 via the Store website. The sales contract is concluded when the customer receives the order confirmation by email.

  3. Payment
    Available payment methods: payment card, online bank transfer and other options available on the website. Orders are processed once the payment has been received.

  4. Prices and errors in the offer
    All prices include VAT. In the event of an obvious error in the price or description of a product, the Store reserves the right to cancel the order.

  5. Delivery
    We deliver to Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia; delivery costs and times are shown when you place your order.

  6. Returns and complaints
    The customer has the right to return goods within 14 days without giving a reason. More information can be found in the “Return Policy”.

  7. Liability
    The Store is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or for incorrect data provided by the customer.

  8. Copyright
    All content on the Store website is protected by copyright and is the property of HairGestalt. Copying without written consent is prohibited.

  9. Dispute resolution
    In the event of a dispute, the customer may use out-of-court dispute resolution methods or bring the matter before the competent court in accordance with Polish law.
