Refund policy

1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

2. To withdraw, please send a statement to: hello@hairgestalt.pl.

3. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

4. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned – for hygiene reasons.

The cost of sending the product back is borne by the Consumer. We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels or parcels sent to parcel lockers without prior agreement.

5. Complaints can be sent to: ul. Łopuszańska 57, lok. U1, 02-232 Warsaw, Poland, or by e-mail.

6. Complaints will be handled within 14 days of receipt.
